Berry Muesli
1 ½ cups organic rolled oats
1 ¼ cups Organic Pastures Raw Milk or raw almond milk
¼ cup Ultimate Superfoods Real Goji Berries
or Ultimate Superfoods Golden Berries
2 tart, organic green apples
1 tbs raw sunflower seeds or 2 tbs Ultimate
Superfoods Raw Hemp Seeds
1 cup organic berries -in season- (red or black currants, strawberries, raspberries,
black berries or blueberries)
1 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar
2 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
Soak rolled oats and Ultimate Superfoods Real Goji Berries or Ultimate Superfoods
Golden Berries in the raw milk. Cover and let sit overnight.
In the morning, wash apples in Pure warm water. Core and finely grate apples with
skin. Add to rolled oats. Add raw sunflower seeds or Ultimate Superfoods Raw Hemp
Seeds, berries, Ultimate Superfoods Raw Agave Nectar and fresh lemon juice. Mix
well and serve for breakfast.
Yield: four generous helpings.

Apple Pancakes
2 cups Organic Pastures Raw Milk or a raw nutmilk*
1 free range egg
2 tsp Ultimate Superfoods Ground Vanilla Powder
¼ tsp Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt
2 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar
or 3 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Agave Powder
1 cup unbleached white flour or 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
2 large, green apples (or try other fruit– peaches, blueberries or sour cherries)
Ultimate Superfoods Coconut Oil for frying
Combine raw milk, egg, Ultimate Superfoods Ground Vanilla Powder, Ultimate Superfoods
Crystal Salt and Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar with a hand mixer.
Gradually add flour and mix until batter is smooth. Peel and core apples. Cut into
small pieces or grate with a coarse grater. Add to pancake batter. Heat coconut
oil in medium frying pan. Spoon batter into pan and bake until golden brown on both
sides.
Remove from pan and serve hot or cover and refrigerate.
Yield: 20 pancakes.
*To make four cups of raw nutmilk, take one cup of cashews or almonds and add four
cups of Pure water. Blend on highest speed for one minute. Drain liquid. If there
is still pulp in the mixer, use some of the drained liquid, add to pulp and mix
some more. Proceed until pulp has dissolved. Sweeten to taste with Ultimate Superfoods
Real Raw Agave Nectar if desired. Nutmilk can be refrigerated for several days.

Mark’s Raw Soup Recipe
This can be changed in any way you wish; there are many variations of this base
recipe.
In a Vita Mix/blender combine:
1 cup Organic Virgin, Cold Pressed Olive Oil
2 to 3 freshly squeezed lemons or Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1 to 2 cups Pure water
1 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt
1 Large Ripe Avocado
2 cups Fresh Organic Tomato, diced
1 cup Fresh Organic Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 cup Ultimate Superfoods Raw Hemp Seeds
1 cup Fresh Organic Basil
½ cup Organic Red Onion
Ultimate Superfoods Chlorella Powder and or Ultimate Superfoods Spirulina tabs/ powder: (For
me if the finished color is not a dark emerald green, I didn’t put enough in)
¼ cup Fresh Organic Mint leafs
Cayenne or fresh Hot Pepper of choice – Season to taste
1 tsp Turmeric (Optional)
1 tsp Curry (Optional)
Organic Mustard (Optional)
Though this recipe is effective as is, the ingredients and measurements are actually
at your discretion for the taste and quantity you wish; I go by instinct and taste.
Remember the old rule: you can always add, but you can never take away.

Massaged Kale
4 heads kale (this will seem like a lot but will wilt down when the salt
is added)
2 tsp Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt
2 cups organic baby tomatoes, sliced
1 cup Ultimate Superfoods Raw Hemp Seeds
4 tbs Organic Virgin, Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Remove the stems and then wash and cut the kale into small pieces. Place into a
bowl, add salt and start to massage the kale until it wilts and takes on a cooked
texture.
Add the tomatoes and hemp seeds to the bowl and mix in by hand.
Dressing:
3 avocados
2 chipotle peppers
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup (mildly heated to liquefy) Ultimate Superfoods
Raw Coconut Oil
2 tsp Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar
¼ cup lemon juice
Instead of using chipotle peppers, you can use onion powder, cumin, chili powder,
or garlic powder.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy and pour onto kale, then
mix all together by hand.

Raw Hummus Dish
2 cups chickpeas (soaked 24 hours and sprouted 72 hours)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup raw tahini (or to taste)
2 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Inland Sea Water
or 1/2 tsp Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal
Salt
2 lemons, juiced (to taste)
1 cup fresh parsley or more, to taste
red onion, chopped, for garnish

Ultimate Superfoods Raw Coconut Oil
Combine chickpeas, garlic and 1/2 cup water in a food processor and process until
well mixed.
Add tahini, Ultimate Superfoods Inland Sea Water or Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan
Crystal Salt, lemon juice and parsley and process until very smooth.
Adjust consistency with more water if necessary, and add seasonings and lemon juice
as desired.
Garnish with chopped red onion, chives, or parsley and drizzle with Ultimate Superfoods
Raw Coconut Oil.

Cat’s Claw Tea
2 tsp Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar
½ of a lemon, juiced
1 cup Pure hot water
2 tsp Cat’s Claw Bark or 1 tsp Cat’s Claw Powder
2 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Real Goji Berries
Pinch of Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt
Add Cat’s Claw Bark to kettle and heat water on low for at least 15 mins to an hour.
Next, strain the bark out of the water.
Then add lemon juice and Ultimate Superfoods Raw Agave Nectar (sweeten to taste).
Lastly, add the 2 tbs of Ultimate Superfoods Real Goji Berries and let them soak
for a minute before drinking all together.
Or use Cat’s Claw Powder for this tea, but you will need cotton tea bags
to soak the powder in.

Raw Lemonade
2-4 lemons (depending on the size)
1/8-1/4 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Raw Raw Coconut Oil

Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar to
taste
Peel the lemons and put in a blender with the oil, salt, and fruit. Add water to
fill the blender, and also add Ultimate Superfoods Raw Agave to taste. The mixture
should be juicy and sweet to taste.

Blend everything on high for about a minute until cashew milk is smooth and white.

Chlorella Lemonade
2 organic lemons or limes
5-6 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar
1-5 tsp Ultimate Superfoods Chlorella Powder

Organic cayenne pepper (optional)
Suggested preparation:
Squeeze fresh lemon juice from organic lemons (organic limes may be used as well)
in a quart jar put 6-7 tablespoons of lemon juice, 5-6 tablespoons of Ultimate Superfoods
Raw Agave, 1/4 teaspoon or more cayenne pepper, and 1-5 teaspoons Ultimate Superfoods
Chlorella Powder. Fill the rest of the jar with water and shake.
If you decide to use the pulp as well, it is easier to put peeled lemons (maybe
with a little skin) into a blender and blend with water. In this case use 2-3 lemons
(or limes) per quart. As before add 5-6 tablespoons of organic Ultimate Superfoods
Raw Agave and 1/4 teaspoon or more of cayenne pepper per quart.
Drink up to 2-3 quarts a day. Drink a glass whenever you are hungry.

Crust:
1 cup raw Brazil nuts or raw almonds
1 cup raw walnuts
1/2 cup dried figs (or dates)

Filling:
2 cups raw cashews (soaked for 10 hours)
1 cup raw almonds or raw macadamia nuts (soaked for 2 hrs)

Topping:

Prep for Crust:
Begin with a round cheesecake pan (spring form pan). Put all ingredients for the
crust into a food processor. Press this mixture into the spring form pan and then
put it into the refrigerator to be chilled.
Prep for Filling:
Begin this step by blending/processing the raw, soaked cashews and raw almonds or
raw macadamia nuts until they are creamy. Put this in a bowl and then add the freshly
squeezed lemon and Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt. Mix very well. Blend
this "cream cheese" mixture with the coconut water and coconut meat, Ultimate Superfoods
Ground Vanilla Powder, and Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar or honey.
Prep for Topping:
Take the strawberries and strain them, to get the strawberry liquid from the bowl,
mix that with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw
Agave Nectar or raw, unfiltered honey. Set aside until ready to use.
Assembly:
Take the spring form pan, pour the filling in and tap the pan down to get all the
air bubbles. Layer the slices of strawberries on top and pour the lemon mixture
over it. Garnish with extra lemon zest, and put in the freezer for 8 hrs.

1 cup Ultimate Superfoods Real Goji Berries
or Ultimate Superfoods Golden Berries,
soaked
1 cup Pure water for soaking
1 avocado
3 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar
1 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Ground Vanilla Powder
½ cup Ultimate Superfoods Raw Cacao Powder
Pinch of Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt
Soak Ultimate Superfoods Goji Berries or Ultimate Superfoods Golden Berries in water
for one hour. Save soak water for later.
Blend avocado, water, and Ultimate Superfoods Raw Agave Nectar in blender or food
processor.
Next add Ultimate Superfoods Ground Vanilla Powder and Ultimate Superfoods Raw Cacao
Powder.

1 cup Ultimate Superfoods Raw Hemp Seeds
½ cup Golden Flax Seeds (ground fine)

Preparation: Process everything in a food processor until dough-like consistency.
Add water if needed. Form into cookie shape. Place in refrigerator and let set.

Real Goji Berries, Ultimate Superfoods Golden Berries, Ultimate Superfoods Ground
Vanilla Powder, Cinnamon, or other dessert spice.

Raw Chocolate Cheesecake
Crust:
1 cup dried coconut
1 cup raw walnuts or raw pecans
Pinch Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt
2 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar
Pinch of cayenne pepper
First, powder the dried coconut in a food processor or blender, then add everything
else and process to a sticky consistency. Next, press the mixture into the bottom
of a 6 or a 9 inch spring form pan. Put this into the freezer to set up while you
are making the filling.
*The raw nuts need to soaked overnight in Pure water and dried before using to make
them more digestible and to lower acid levels.
"Cheese" Filling:
1 cup fresh, raw walnut or almond milk
2 cups raw cashews
1 cup Ultimate Superfoods Raw Coconut Oil
½ cup Ultimate Superfoods Raw Cacao Powder
2 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbs Sunflower lecithin
2 tsp Ultimate Superfoods Ground Vanilla Powder
1 to 2 tbs Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave
Nectar
Pinch Ultimate Superfoods Himalayan Crystal Salt
Prep for raw nut milk: soak the raw nuts over night in Pure water. For every
cup of nuts, blend with 2 cups of Pure water until smooth. Strain through a mesh
cloth or cheese cloth.
Blend all ingredients except the Ultimate Superfoods Raw Coconut Oil. Once the batter
is completely smooth, add the raw coconut oil and blend again. Pour batter on top
of the crust and smooth the surface with a spatula. Let the cheesecake set up overnight
in the refrigerator or freeze for one hour if serving that day.
Before serving, add Ultimate Superfoods Raw Cacao Paste shavings for garnish,
as well as Ultimate Superfoods Real Raw Agave Nectar drizzle.
