TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Effective May 1st, 2008
|
Orders:
- Orders are accepted by telephone 24 hours a day,
seven days a week.
- Sales Team Members are available Monday through Friday,
8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. PST.
- During unattended hours, calls will be routed to
your Sales Team Member’s voicemail or our general Mail box.
- Orders are also accepted by fax at 805-531-9006 and
on the internet at www.UltimateSuperfoods.com.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight and Handling:
- Orders of $400 or more of qualifying product are
prepaid via ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Orders less than this minimum will be subject to
a $9.95 per box shipping charge.
- 2nd day air upgrades are available for an additional
3.95% of product total on orders that qualify for prepaid ground shipping.
- Next day air upgrades are available for an additional
6.95% of product total on orders that qualify for prepaid ground shipping.
- Orders outside the contiguous United States are subject
to an additional $9.95 per box shipping charge. (AK, GU, HI, PR, and VI).

Payment Options:
- Initial orders must be paid via Electronic Funds
Transfer (EFT), COD cashier's check*, credit card, pay-by-internet, or
bank wire (EFT’s are initiated when product is shipped).
- Net 15 or COD company check terms may be established
upon successful credit approval. Customers who are delinquent on their accounts
will revert to one of the terms listed above.
- COD orders will be charged an $8.50 processing fee
per box.
- EFT orders receive a 3% discount off qualifying product
total.
- Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fees of $40.00 will be
assessed on returned checks and EFT withdrawals.

Returns:
- Product that arrives damaged or is incorrectly shipped
must be reported to your Sales Team Member within 10 days of receipt to arrange
for pickup and replacement product.
- Returnable product† will be accepted
up to thirty (30) days after date of receipt of goods, provided that it is in “like-new”
condition and has been properly cared for. For example, product must be in their
original containers unopened. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any returned
product.
- Only full unopened container will receive credit.
- If it is necessary to return product, contact your
Sales Team Member for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Securely package the product
to be returned, write your RA number and customer number on the box and address
to:

- Customers must obtain an RA number from Ultimate
Superfoods before returning product to ensure timely and accurate credit. Returns
received by Ultimate Superfoods without an RA Number:
- within thirty (30) days of Customer’s receipt of goods are subject to review and
may not receive full credit.
- more than thirty (30) days after Customer’s receipt of goods will not receive
credit and may be returned at Customer’s expense.

Refused Orders:
- Orders refused by Customers and returned to Ultimate
Superfoods will be charged shipping costs associated with shipment in addition to
a restocking fee of 20%.

Minimum Order:
- Minimum order is $150.00 (excluding taxes if applicable),
including backorders. Backorders are not shipped automatically. Please contact your
Sales Team Member for details.

*ONLY Bank Issued or US Postal Service Money Orders are accepted.
†Ultimate Soperfoods cannot take returns on some products.
